Positive: A lovely property and very friendly welcome from Fred. Thank you so much. Fred made sure we understood everything and was happy to help us. The property is a self contained annex to Fred's house which worked well. If we needed anything Fred was available. However, we enjoyed our privacy too. A highlight was sitting in the sunshine reading and watching the chickens. The flat is well equipped with WIFI and access to Netflix and Prime. Good access to Pau by car and all at a good price. Parking was secure in the garden with a locked gate.
Negative: It was really hot on our 2nd (and last) night and so we could have done with a fan. It was quite late at night when we realised and so we did not want to disturb Fred. I am sure that if we had asked Fred earlier then he would have provided a fan.
Summary: Excellent self contained annex with help at hand and a good price
